Job Description:
This commercial building comprises of 4 basement carparks, 3 retail stores with building lobby, 11 office floors and a roof plant room containing all services equipment. The mechanical systems used in this project include, exhaust and supply air fans for carpark ventilation with jet fans in each floor, stair pressurisation, central exhaust ventilation for wet areas in all floors, central kitchen exhaust ventilation in all floors, central provision exhaust and supply ventilation in all floors, distribution of supply air in every floor using Variable Air Volume, cooling tower system and 4 pipes system AHUs and FCUs connected to the chillers and the boilers with pumps and heat exchangers. All equipment are monitored by a BMS system to comply NABERS Energy.
