The success of this quality system with J&J Metro West shall be assured by management and their total commitment of complete conformance to the Quality Management System (QMS), legal and regulatory requirements and specific customer requirements.

Management shall require all personnel to be actively engaged in the development and continually improvement of the QMS, and meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

We ensure that this quality policy is understood through training and communicated to interested parties via the company website, company presentations/proposals to clients and on the office noticeboard.
